This watch is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and or workmanship under normal use for a period of two years from the date of purchase. To obtain service under warranty the watch should be returned directly to the manufacturer along with your proof of purchase. Any cost incurred by you in returning the product to the manufacturer will be borne by you. We will, at our option, either repair or replace the product, or refund your money and take back the product.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits conferred by the manufacturer’s warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Commonwealth), and any other statutory rights to which you may already be entitled, and this warranty does not exclude, restrict or modify any such rights or remedies that are implied by law.

Your Classique watch is under warranty for a period of 24months (2 years) from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty.
The international Classique Warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. The warranty comes into force only if the warranty (International Guarantee) is fully and correctly completed and stamped by an authorised Classique dealer.
In case of defects covered by the warranty, your Classique watch will, at the sole option of Classique be repaired free of charge.
The warranty becomes void in the event of servicing or repair of the watch by any person not duly authorised by Classique or its representatives.
Should you require work under warranty, please contact your authorised Classique dealer or one of our authorised Classique service centres as set forth in the enclosed list. The watch must be presented along with the duly completed warranty (International Guarantee). After expiry of the warranty period our dealers and service centre remain, of course, at your disposal for repair and maintenance of your watch against an appropriate charge.
