Refund
A full refund will be given under the following conditions:
- The merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days upon its receipt, and must be in the same saleable condition as when purchased;
- The merchandise must not be damaged, worn, used or resized (excluding special orders);
- The merchandise must precisely match product data records;
- All original Certificate(s) must be returned with the merchandise;
- Original sales receipt must accompany returned merchandise (otherwise we will only offer an exchange)
- Refunds will be issued in the same method by which it was received, meaning the original form of payment via Funds (Wire) Transfer or PayPal. In the event of a refund, approved refunds will reflect the amount of the transaction as mentioned on the invoice provided by SGA. We will not refund any local taxes, customs or duties paid in the country of import by international customers.
Warranty Information
This watch is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and or workmanship under normal use for a period of two years from the date of purchase. To obtain service under warranty the watch should be returned directly to the manufacturer along with your proof of purchase. Any cost incurred by you in returning the product to the manufacturer will be borne by you. We will, at our option, either repair or replace the product, or refund your money and take back the product.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits conferred by the manufacturer’s warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Commonwealth), and any other statutory rights to which you may already be entitled, and this warranty does not exclude, restrict or modify any such rights or remedies that are implied by law.

Warranty (International Guarantee)
Your Classique watch is under warranty for a period of 24months (2 years) from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty.
The international Classique Warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. The warranty comes into force only if the warranty (International Guarantee) is fully and correctly completed and stamped by an authorised Classique dealer.
Manufacture's warranty does not cover;
- battery, crystal, strap;
- damage resulting form improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear;
- possible consequential damage resulting form e.g. defects, use inaccuracy or non-function of the watch, wear and tear of plating.
In case of defects covered by the warranty, your Classique watch will, at the sole option of Classique be repaired free of charge.
The warranty becomes void in the event of servicing or repair of the watch by any person not duly authorised by Classique or its representatives.
Should you require work under warranty, please contact your authorised Classique dealer or one of our authorised Classique service centres as set forth in the enclosed list. The watch must be presented along with the duly completed warranty (International Guarantee). After expiry of the warranty period our dealers and service centre remain, of course, at your disposal for repair and maintenance of your watch against an appropriate charge.

Words cannot describe how I love this watch, it is timeless yet modern. The colour scheme is breath taking, Rose Gold with the blue enamel dial and brown leather band is truely elegant. The watch quality its self is perfect, doesn't even look a milli second out of time. It complimented my wedding attire perfectly, and lets' talk about speedy delivery..... There's road runner fast but this was light speed fast. Ordered through my jeweller Tuesday, arrived Wednesday morning. I tell everyone about Classique watches, they are just simply breath taking.

My watch came with the roman dial, it is millisecond perfect, love the design of the face. I wear it all the time, although beware to not scratch surrounds. The silver is beautiful and is stamped 925 which is high quality. The price for a silver watch was excellent, especially compared to more known brands with only stainless steel. I can't understand why they would choose those over this watch and brand. I love how it's Australian own and made company. The quality is superb. 11/10 in love with it

The pro-mariner is a well built watch I got the black bezel with the blue face and it just look brilliant and with a eta 2824 movement you cannot go wrong the service was second to none. I got this for my son for his birthday .One more thing the bracelet is one of the best I have seen it is very nicely finished.
